CAS :
Sulfo-SPDB is a lysine analog that has potent antitumor activity and is being evaluated as a potential cancer therapeutic agent. It inhibits tumor growth in vitro by inhibiting the expression of proteins important for cell division and survival. Sulfo-SPDB binds to the lysine residues on the surface of cells, including erythrocytes, lymphocytes, and tumor cells. This binding prevents protein synthesis and cell division. In vivo studies have shown that sulfo-SPDB is effective against human liver cancer xenografts in mice, cervical cancer xenografts in mice, and t-cell lymphoma xenografts in mice. Clinical studies are underway to determine if it is safe for use in humans.
Formule :C13H14N2O7S3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :406.5 g/mol
