CAS :
(5E)-7-Oxozeaenol, a fungus-derived lactone, inhibits TAK-1 and various human cancer cells with IC50s ranging from 1.2-5.6 μM.
Formule :C19H22O7Couleur et forme :SolidMasse moléculaire :362.37(5E)-7-Oxozeaenol
CAS :
(5E)-7-Oxozeaenol is a potent inhibitor of protein kinases that has been shown to induce apoptosis and inhibit tumor growth in Chinese hamster ovary cells. It is an analog of the natural product zeaeenin, which has anticancer properties. (5E)-7-Oxozeaenol inhibits the activity of several kinases, including TAK1, IKKβ, and RIPK2, which are involved in cell signaling pathways that regulate inflammation and immune responses. This compound has also been found to be a potent inhibitor of human cancer cell growth in vitro and in vivo. In addition, (5E)-7-Oxozeaenol has been shown to enhance the anticancer effects of other kinase inhibitors such as donepezil. Its potential as a therapeutic agent for cancer treatment is currently being investigated.
Formule :C19H22O7Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :362.4 g/mol
