T 1776Na is a monoclonal antibody that targets the toll-like receptor (TLR) and inhibits the TLR signaling pathway. This leads to a reduction in inflammation and to synergistic effects on cancer cells. T 1776Na has been shown to be effective against breast cancer cells in vitro, as well as in vivo. It has also been shown to reduce the levels of collagen and protease activity in mice with an inflammatory disease. T 1776Na is currently being investigated for its potential use as an anti-inflammatory agent for people with arthritis or other inflammatory diseases.
