CAS :
THPP-1 is a potential mechanism for Parkinson's disease. It has been shown to have dose-dependent effects on rat striatal dopamine levels and may act as a prodrug of dopamine. THPP-1 also inhibits the activity of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases, which are enzymes that break down cyclic nucleotides, such as adenosine monophosphate (AMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). This inhibition leads to an increase in intracellular cAMP and cGMP levels. THPP-1 has been expressed in the striatum of mice and rats, suggesting that it may be effective in treating Parkinson's disease when administered orally.
Formule :C23H21ClN6O3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :464.9 g/mol
