CAS :
Donepezil-d7 hydrochloride is a chiral labelled derivative of donepezil (CAS No. 1261394-20-0). It is a reversible, noncompetitive inhibitor of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, which breaks down the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and regulates muscle contraction. Donepezil-d7 hydrochloride is used as a research tool to study protein interactions and receptor binding in cell biology and pharmacology. The drug also has been shown to be an activator of nicotinic receptors in ion channels and an antibody that binds to the acetylcholine receptor on the surface of cells.
Formule :C24H30ClNO3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :423 g/mol
