K145
CAS :
K145 is a small molecule drug that inhibits the activity of bortezomib, an inhibitor of sphingosine kinase (SPK). K145 has been shown to have hypoglycemic effects in mice, and may be useful for treatment of diabetes. K145 also has anti-inflammatory properties that are mediated through its inhibition of toll-like receptor (TLR) 4 signaling. K145 was found to inhibit colony-stimulating factor (CSF) production by macrophages and downregulate the expression of CSF receptors in the cell membrane. K145 may also be useful in cancer therapy due to its ability to inhibit tumor growth by inhibiting CSF production.
Formule :C18H24N2O3SDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :348.5 g/molK145
