Vicagrel
CAS :Vicagrel is a prodrug that is hydrolyzed to clopidogrel. It is used for the prevention of atherothrombotic events in patients with chronic oral anticoagulation and chronic hepatic impairment. Vicagrel has been shown to have a matrix effect on platelets, which may be due to its inhibition of phosphodiesterase type-1 (PDE-1). This inhibition leads to an accumulation of cyclic AMP (cAMP), which causes vasodilation and increased blood flow. In addition, vicagrel has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Vicagrel also inhibits the conversion of adenosine diphosphate (ADP) into ATP by inhibiting the enzyme adenylate kinase.Formule :C18H18ClNO4SDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :379.9 g/molVicagrel
