Acetyl isoniazid-d4

Acetyl isoniazid-d4 is an analog of isoniazid, which is an inhibitor of the enzyme kinase. It has been shown to inhibit protein synthesis in human cells and induce apoptosis in tumor cells. Acetyl isoniazid-d4 has potential as an anticancer agent due to its ability to inhibit cyclin-dependent kinases and induce cell cycle arrest. It has also been studied for its potential use in combination with other cancer therapies such as dabigatran. Additionally, acetyl isoniazid-d4 can be detected in urine samples and may serve as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment monitoring.
