ML309 hydrochloride
CAS :
ML309 is an antibody that inhibits the activity of peptide ligands to ion channels. It has been shown to inhibit the binding of peptide ligands to the β-adrenergic receptor and α-adrenergic receptor in a competitive manner. This drug is a potent inhibitor of the calcium channel, but does not affect potassium channels or voltage-gated sodium channels. ML309 binds to the extracellular domain of receptors and prevents access by peptide ligands, blocking their ability to activate ion channels.
Formule :C29H29FN4O2·HClDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :521.03 g/molML-309 (hydrochloride)
