:Metalaxyl-13C6
CAS :Metalaxyl-13C6 is a metalaxyl analog that is used for research purposes. It is a low-molecular weight compound that binds to the active site of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and inhibits its activity, thus inhibiting the breakdown of acetylcholine in the synapse. This binding can also lead to increased AChE levels by preventing the degradation of this protein. Metalaxyl-13C6 has been shown to inhibit receptor-mediated endocytosis and ion channels such as calcium channels, potassium channels, sodium channels, and chloride channels. The molecule has also been shown to bind to other proteins such as epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), protein kinase C (PKC), and phosphatidic acid phosphatase 1 (PP1).
Metalaxyl-13C6 is a 13C6 labeled analog of metalaxyl. It is synthesized by coupling 13CFormule :C6C9H21NO4Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :285.29 g/mol
