CAS :<p>Trans-3-(Benzyloxy)cyclobutanol is a radiolabeled compound that is used as a model system for understanding the metabolism of drugs in humans. It has been shown to be metabolized by the liver to produce metabolites that are excreted in urine. Trans-3-(Benzyloxy)cyclobutanol has also been shown to have tumor cell line stability, which may be due to its ability to inhibit DNA synthesis and protein synthesis in vitro and reduce tumor cells in vivo.
