4-Acetamido-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid
CAS :4-Acetamido-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid (4AAP) is a nonribosomal peptide synthetase that catalyzes the formation of 4AAP from acetyl coenzyme A and 4-amino pyrrole. It has been shown to have antioxidant effects in chemical biology, but also exhibits antibacterial properties against Streptomyces coelicolor. The sequence specificity of 4AAP is dependent on the sequence of its amino acid substrate. This enzyme is a member of the coelicolor group, which contains two enzymes, namely 4AAP and 4-acetylpyrrole carboxylic acid aminotransferase. These two enzymes are both responsible for the production of different products, and they are interdependent due to the fact that one cannot be produced without the other.Formule :C7H8N2O3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :168.15 g/mol
