CAS :
Methyl 3-fluoroazetidine-3-carboxylate hydrochloride is a ligand that binds to the surface receptors of cells. It is used in the study of cellular and membrane receptor function, as well as in the measurement of transferrin receptor kinetics. Methyl 3-fluoroazetidine-3-carboxylate hydrochloride also has fluorescent properties that allow it to be used for endocytic visualization. This compound can be labeled with a fluorescent marker and then recycled inside the cell by endocytosis, allowing for continuous labeling.
Methyl 3-fluoroazetidine-3-carboxylate hydrochloride is also used to label plasma membranes for kinetic analysis, which allows for measurement of parameters such as rates of protein and lipid exchange at the plasma membrane.
Formule :C5H9ClFNO2Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :169.58 g/mol
