Durvalumab is being studied in combination with tremelimumab (another anti-PD-L1 antibody) for use as an antitumor agent. The combination of durvalumab and tremelimumab has been shown to have an antitumor response in mice with bowel disease. This drug has been shown to have an immune-modulating effect in combination therapy groups.
