Description :
Acide 4-morpholineéthanesulfonique, hydrate (1:1), communément appelé MES, est un tampon zwitterionique largement utilisé dans les applications biochimiques et de biologie moléculaire. Il présente un cycle de morpholine, qui contribue à sa solubilité et à sa stabilité dans les solutions aqueuses.
