GAT107
CAS :
GAT107 is a cholinergic agonist that binds to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor and activates it. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, including an induction of IL-10 production, which may be due to its binding to the α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. GAT107 also has antinociceptive properties in animal models and can be used for the treatment of inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. GAT107 is structurally related to 4-bromotryptamine (4bp-tqs) and binds selectively to the acetylcholine receptor at the activated state. It is also a cation channel activator and inhibits voltage-gated calcium channels by interacting with their pore region.
Formule :C18H17BrN2O2SDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :405.3 g/molGAT107
