It has been shown to have a homologous structure with human DNA polymerase beta, which is involved in transcriptional regulation and DNA replication. SCR7 pyrazine is not efficient in its function, but it has shown an increase in fibroblast proliferation and a shift in the cell cycle from G2/M to S phase.
