1,1-Diethoxybutan-2-amine
CAS :
1,1-Diethoxybutan-2-amine is an anti-inflammatory agent that is used to treat emphysema and HIV. It is a polyvinyl ester and has been shown to possess nucleophilic properties. This drug also has the ability to act as both a 5-HT and adrenergic receptor agonist. 1,1-Diethoxybutan-2-amine inhibits the enzyme activity of monoamine oxidase B (MAO) by pegylation, which is a process that attaches a polyethylene glycol molecule to the drug. This prevents MAO from metabolizing serotonin into 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid (5HIAA). The result is an increased amount of serotonin in the brain, which may be related to its antidepressant effects. 1,1-Diethoxybutan-2-amine also regulates blood pressure by inhibiting angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and thereby preventing the conversion of
Formule :C8H19NO2Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :161.24 g/mol
