CAS :Produit contrôléJWH 015 is a cannabinoid that binds to the CB2 receptor and activates it, which induces apoptosis in cancer cells. JWH 015 has been shown to be effective against bone cancer, but not against colon cancer. It has also been shown to inhibit the growth of colon cancer cells in vitro by inhibiting the proliferation of cells and inducing apoptosis. JWH 015 may have potential as a chemotherapeutic agent for treating colorectal cancers. It does not bind to the CB1 receptors found on neurons and so does not cause any psychoactive effects.
