Methyl 2-isopropyloxazole-4-carboxylate
CAS :Methyl 2-isopropyloxazole-4-carboxylate is a pharmacokinetic enhancer used in cancer therapy. It is an estrogen metabolite that can be used to modulate the estrogen profile, lowering it by inhibiting the production of estrogen. Methyl 2-isopropyloxazole-4-carboxylate has been shown to increase the efficiency of ligands, which are drugs that bind to proteins and alter their function. This drug has also been shown to lower levels of estrogens and progesterone in monkeys. The correlation between serum estradiol levels and tumor growth has also been studied in these animals. Methyl 2-isopropyloxazole-4-carboxylate could potentially be used therapeutically against hormone receptor positive cancers such as breast cancer, prostate cancer, or ovarian cancer.Formule :C8H11NO3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :169.18 g/mol
