Applications Clencyclohexerol is an analog of Clenbuterol (C569998), a β-agonist which can be used as a growth promoter in farm animals. β-Adrenoceptor agonists, including clencyclohexerol, modulate protein synthesis and degradation and have therapeutic potential in muscle wasting disorders.
