(R)-CE3F4
CAS :
(R)-CE3F4 is a potent, selective, and orally bioavailable inhibitor of the enzyme protein kinase C-epsilon (PKC-epsilon). The compound was initially identified as an analog of CE3F4 in a biological sample. It was found to be highly active in plasma samples from humans and activated macrophages. PKC-epsilon is an important mediator of cardiac hypertrophy, inflammation, and tumor growth. This compound has been shown to inhibit translation by interacting with the ribosome and inhibiting peptide bond formation. In vivo studies have demonstrated that this compound is able to stabilize PKC-epsilon selectively without affecting other kinases. (R)-CE3F4 also inhibits PKC-alpha, -beta I/II, -delta I/II, -gamma I/II, and -zeta with IC50 values between 1 nM and 10 μM.
This compound has been
Formule :C11H10Br2FNODegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :351.01 g/mol(R)-CE3F4
