42-O-tert-Butyldimethylsilyloxyethyl Rapamycin
CAS :Stability Hygroscopic
Applications 42-O-tert-Butyldimethylsilyloxyethyl Rapamycin is a useful synthetic intermediate in the synthesis of Everolimus (E945400); an immunosuppressant macrolide and analog of the parent drug Rapamycin (R124000). Everolimus inhibits cytokine-mediated lymphocyte proliferation.

CAS :Rapamycin is a natural product from Streptomyces hygroscopicus. It has been shown to inhibit T- and B-lymphocyte proliferation, induce apoptosis of lymphocytes, and suppress both humoral and cell-mediated immune responses. Rapamycin is also an immunosuppressant that decreases the incidence of rejection in organ transplant patients. Rapamycin is used as a drug product in the form of a sterile solution for injection. The purity of rapamycin should be at least 99%, with less than 1% impurities, such as 42-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyloxyethyl rapamycin (TBDMS). Rapamycin is not currently available on the market as an API, but it may be custom synthesized for research purposes or for clinical trials.Formule :C59H97NO14SiDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :1,072.49 g/mol
