CAS :
Eltanexor is a small molecule that has been shown to have minimal toxicity and synergistic cell activity in vivo. It is a selective inhibitor of TLR9, which is an important part of the innate immune response. Eltanexor has been shown to inhibit the transcriptional regulation of squamous cell carcinoma cells and also inhibit cellular transformation in vitro. Eltanexor inhibits nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and activator protein 1 (AP-1) pathways by inhibiting the activation of JAK2 V617F. This inhibition leads to decreased inflammatory cytokines production and inflammation, which may lead to cancer prevention.
Formule :C17H10F6N6ODegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :428.29 g/mol
