CAS :
4-(((Cyclopropylmethyl)(4-(2-fluorophenoxy)benzoyl)amino)methyl)benzoic acid (CPABA) is a research tool that can be used to study protein interactions. CPABA is a ligand that binds to the receptor and can also act as an activator. The binding of CPABA to the receptor activates ion channels, which leads to depolarization and subsequent activation of voltage-gated calcium channels. This action causes an influx of calcium ions into the cell, which in turn triggers a number of cellular processes. These include the release of neurotransmitters and activation of phospholipase C, which leads to increased levels of cyclic AMP. In addition, CPABA has been shown to inhibit peptide bond formation by blocking both thiol and serine proteases in vitro.
Formule :C25H22FNO4Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :419.4 g/mol
