BAZ2-ICR
CAS :
BAZ2-ICR is a novel atypical anti-inflammatory cytokine that belongs to the TGF-β superfamily. It is a drug target for protozoan parasites and cancer cells. BAZ2-ICR is an acetylated molecule that has been shown to be biologically active in vitro using cell culture and functional studies. It also has anti-cancer properties against cell lines derived from breast, colon, prostate, lung, and brain cancers. BAZ2-ICR also reduces intestinal inflammation by inhibiting NFκB activation and IL8 production in a mouse model of colitis.
Formule :C20H19N7Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :357.41 g/molBAZ2-ICR
CAS :
BAZ2-ICR is an epigenetic chemical probe and it also is a potent, selective, cell active and orally active BAZ2A/B bromodomains inhibitor with IC50s of 130 nM and 180 nM, and Kds of 109 nM and 170 nM, respectively. BAZ2-ICR shows 10-15-fold selectivity for binding BAZ2A/B over CECR2 and >100-fold selectivity over all other bromodomains.
Formule :C20H19N7Degré de pureté :98%Couleur et forme :SolidMasse moléculaire :357.41
