5'-O-DMT-N2-phenylacetylguanosine
CAS :<p>5'-O-DMT-N2-phenylacetylguanosine is a novel synthetic nucleoside phosphoramidite which can be used for the synthesis of modified oligonucleotides. It has been shown to be an activator, anticancer, and antiviral agent in vitro. 5'-O-DMT-N2-phenylacetylguanosine is also a monophosphate, which can inhibit viral replication by interacting with the ribose sugar moiety of the nucleic acid strand.
