PSB-12379
CAS :
PSB-12379 is a potential cancer therapeutic that inhibits the activity of membrane-bound enzymes, including purine nucleoside phosphatase (PNP) and adenosine phosphatase. The compound has been shown to be effective in vitro on cancer cells and may have application in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. PSB-12379 is an incompletely excised analogue of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which has been shown to bind to PNP and inhibit its phosphatase activity. This inhibition leads to accumulation of ATP and activation of purinergic receptors, which are involved in many physiological processes including nerve growth and cancer cell proliferation.
Formule :C18H23N5O9P2Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :515.35 g/molPSB-12379
