(3R)-3-Aminodecanoic acid, trifluoroacetic acid
CAS :
(3R)-3-Aminodecanoic acid, trifluoroacetic acid is a n-terminal amino acid that has been shown to be an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor. This compound binds at the active site of the enzyme, preventing the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II. The inhibition of this enzyme decreases the levels of angiotensin II and thus lowers blood pressure. (3R)-3-Aminodecanoic acid, trifluoroacetic acid also inhibits the production of angiotensin II in vitro by binding to and inhibiting the activity of angiotensin-converting enzyme. This inhibition occurs stereoselectively with respect to both regioisomeric forms and enantiomers.
Formule :C12H22F3NO4Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :301.3 g/mol
