CAS :
Acotiamide 2 is a drug that has been shown to have an excitatory effect on the bladder. It enhances spontaneous contractions, increases the frequency of contractions, and reduces their amplitude. Acotiamide 2 has a high affinity for receptors in the bladder and detrusor muscle. The effects of this compound are antagonized by atropine, but not by carbachol. This drug is also found to be effective in patients with urinary incontinence due to underactivity of the bladder. Acotiamide 2 has been shown to be safe and well-tolerated in animals and humans, but its clinical efficacy has yet to be determined.
Formule :C16H18N2O6SDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :366.4 g/mol
