Methyl-O-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-3)-S-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-4)-O-4-thio-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1,4)-b-D-[2] glucopyranoside is a synthetic saccharide with a single modification of 4'-fluoro substitution on the O6 position.
