    <p>5'-O-Tritylthymidine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a synthetic, modified nucleoside. It is an ester of thymidine and trityl chloride. 5'-O-Tritylthymidine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is used as an anticancer drug and has been shown to activate the transcription of ribonucleic acid (RNA) in vitro, which may be due to inhibition of the enzyme RNA polymerase II. This product has also been shown to have antitumour activity against human colon and ovarian cancer cells in vivo.</p>
