APS-2-79
CAS :APS-2-79: KSR-dependent MEK inhibitor, blocks ATP biotin at KSR2, IC50 of 120 nM, disrupts Ras-MAPK signaling.Formule :C23H21N3O3Couleur et forme :SolidMasse moléculaire :387.43APS-2-79
CAS :
APS-2-79 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to cell factor, a protein involved in the regulation of cell growth. It prevents the binding of stem cell factor and other molecules to their receptors on the surface of cancer cells, thereby inhibiting tumor growth. APS-2-79 also inhibits transcription and replication by binding to chains of messenger RNA (mRNA) or DNA (dna). The structural analysis of APS-2-79 has been carried out by incubating it with calf thymus dna and bacterial dna gyrase, which are both enzymes that maintain the integrity of DNA. Cell culture experiments have shown that APS-2-79 can inhibit logarithmic growth phase.
Formule :C23H21N3O3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :387.43 g/mol
