Dr4004 is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the interaction of the peptide PAMP with its receptor, thereby blocking the activation of ion channels. Dr4004 is an activator of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). This antibody binds to the extracellular domain of the GPCR and prevents it from interacting with its ligand. Dr4004 has been shown to inhibit cell proliferation in human prostate cancer cells by blocking their ability to proliferate.
