UT-155 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the ubiquitin-proteasome receptor. It is used in research to study the mechanism of ubiquitin-proteasome function in cells. UT-155 has been shown to inhibit prostate cancer cells and leukemia cells, as well as reduce tumor size in mice with prostate cancer. This drug also inhibits the production of ferroptosis and splicing, which are pro-apoptotic processes.
