CAS :
9-(2',3',5'-tri-O-benzoyl-2'C-methyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl)purine is a nucleoside that was synthesized and patented in 1993. It is a novel modified nucleoside with antiviral, anticancer, and DNA activating properties. 9-(2',3',5'-tri-O-benzoyl-2'C-methyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl)purine has been shown to inhibit HIV replication by inhibiting the viral reverse transcriptase enzyme. It also inhibits the growth of human cancer cells in culture and has been studied as an anticancer drug. This nucleoside is a substrate for ribonucleotide reductase and phosphoramidite synthase, which convert it into its monophosphate form. The monophosphate form can be converted into the triphosphate form by phosphatases or polymerases
Degré de pureté :Min. 95%
