SB269652
CAS :
SB269652 is a dopamine receptor ligand that has been shown to be neuroprotective and increase locomotor activity in mice. SB269652 binds to the D2 receptors, which are protomers of the dopamine receptor family. Binding experiments have shown that SB269652 exhibits a profile similar to the prototypical D2 receptor ligand, quinpirole. It can also bind to D3 receptors with lower potency than D2 receptors. The binding of SB269652 at D3 receptors leads to formation of heteromers with other subtypes of dopamine receptors. The binding affinity of SB269652 for human D2 and mouse D2L is potently higher than its binding affinity for human or mouse 5-HT1A and 5-HT2A receptors. This drug has been shown to produce a decrease in body temperature in wild-type mice but not in mice lacking the dopamine transporter or without functional dopamine receptors.
Formule :C27H30N4ODegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :426.55 g/molSB269652
