Description :

Gemtuzumab ozogamicine est un conjugué d'anticorps monoclonaux utilisé principalement dans le traitement de la leucémie myéloïde aiguë (LMA). Il se compose d'un anticorps anti-CD33 humanisé lié à un agent cytotoxique, la calicheamicine, dérivée d'une bactérie du sol.
