CAS :Cdc42 is a guanosine triphosphatase (GTP) binding protein that regulates actin polymerization and cell motility. Cdc42, like other GTPases, is activated by hydrolysis of bound GTP to GDP. The gst-tagged human Cdc42 protein has an N-terminal His-tag followed by the GST tag and the full length cDNA sequence of human Cdc42.
