N4,N4'-Di(naphthalen-1-yl)-N4,N4'-diphenyl-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4,4'-diamine is a potent inhibitor of various kinases and has been shown to have anticancer properties. This compound is an analog of urine inhibitors and has been found to induce apoptosis in Chinese hamster ovary cells as well as human cancer cells. N4,N4'-Di(naphthalen-1-yl)-N4,N4'-diphenyl-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4,4'-diamine inhibits the growth of tumors by interfering with cell cycle progression and protein synthesis. It has potential use in medicinal chemistry for the development of new cancer therapies.
