Lipoxygenin
CAS :
Lipoxygenin is a natural, water-soluble, and non-toxic compound. It is an activator of the peroxidase enzyme that catalyzes the formation of hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid from arachidonic acid. Lipoxygenin is a ligand for the G protein coupled receptor alpha-2b (GPRA2b) that activates adenylate cyclase and increases cAMP production in response to acetylcholine stimulation. This product has been shown to inhibit ion channels, such as nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, potassium channels, and calcium channels. The purified form of this product is used as a research tool in cell biology and pharmacology.
Formule :C24H22N2O4Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :402.4 g/molLipoxygenin
