ACBI1
CAS :ACBI1 is a potent PROTAC degrader of BAF ATPase subunits SMARCA2 and SMARCA4, also degrades the polybromo-associated BAF (PBAF) complex member PBRM1, with DC50sFormule :C49H58FN9O7SDegré de pureté :97.54% - 98.15%Couleur et forme :SolidMasse moléculaire :936.1ACBI1
CAS :ACBI1 is a transcriptional regulator that binds to the ternary complex formed by DNA, regulatory proteins and RNA polymerase. It is involved in the regulation of gene expression, with a particular focus on cancer. ACBI1 is a potent inhibitor of the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, and has been shown to inhibit the degradation of bromodomain protein BRD4 in prostate cancer cells. The inhibition of BRD4 may be due to its ability to disrupt the interaction between BRD4 and acetylated histones, which are thought to regulate gene expression. ACBI1 has also been shown to inhibit subunits of the ubiquitin proteasome system, including UbcH5a and UbcH6.Formule :C49H58FN9O7SDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :936.1 g/mol
