LDC7559
CAS :LDC7559 is a reactive oxygen species-dependent compound that has been found to be cytotoxic against cancer cells. It induces cell lysis by oxidative damage, causing the release of cytoplasmic contents into the extracellular space. This compound also inhibits the production of inflammatory compounds such as prostaglandins, leukotrienes, and cytokines. LDC7559 is currently in phase II clinical trials for treating inflammatory bowel disease and experimental colitis. LDC7559 has also shown anti-inflammatory properties in vitro and in vivo models of autoimmune diseases such as asthma, arthritis, psoriasis, and Crohn's disease.Formule :C20H19N3O3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :349.4 g/molLDC7559
