CAS :4-((4-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl)-3-ethylthiazol-2(3H)-ylidene)amino)benzenesulfonamide is an inhibitor of the enzyme acetylcholine esterase (AChE), which is involved in the breakdown of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. The compound was originally developed as a potential therapeutic for Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease because it inhibits the activity of AChE. However, 4-((4-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-ethylthiazol-2(3H)-ylidene)amino)benzenesulfonamide also has been shown to inhibit a number of other enzymes including phosphodiesterase (PDE), monoamine oxidase (MAO), and catechol O methyltransferase (COMT). It has also been shown to activate certain proteins such as PKC.Formule :C17H15Cl2N3O2S2Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :428.4 g/mol
