CAS :Daidzein 4’-β-D-glucuronide is a bioactive metabolite of daidzein, a type of isoflavonoid. Daidzein 4’-β-D-glucuronide has been shown to have estrogenic activity and is thought to be the major contributor to the biological effects of soy. Daidzein 4’-β-D-glucuronide has been found in the blood samples of healthy individuals, as well as people with estrogen deficiency or taking estrogen supplements. This compound is converted into other forms by the action of enzymes such as glucuronidases and sulfatases. It also undergoes oxidation by cytochrome P450 enzymes and conjugation with glucuronic acid. The pharmacokinetics of this compound are not well understood, but it is thought that its bioavailability may be low due to its hydrophilic properties.Formule :C21H18O10Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :430.4 g/mol
