Berubicin hydrochloride
CAS :
Berubicin hydrochloride is a potent anticancer drug that belongs to the anthracycline family of chemotherapeutic agents. It has been shown to be effective against various types of cancer, including brain tumors, breast cancer, and leukemia. Berubicin hydrochloride works by inhibiting DNA replication and RNA transcription through intercalation between base pairs in the DNA helix. This drug also has antioxidant properties and can inhibit the activity of aminopeptidase N, which is involved in tumor angiogenesis. Berubicin hydrochloride is often used in combination with other chemotherapy drugs such as polymyxin B sulfate, oclacitinib maleate, tartrate, tylosin phosphate, and ozagrel sodium to enhance its therapeutic effects. Menthol may be added to reduce the side effects associated with this medication.
Formule :C34H36ClNO11Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :670.1 g/molBerubicin HCl
