CAS :
Tolvaptan is a non-peptide, small molecule activator of the vasopressin V2 receptor. It is also an inhibitor of the L-type voltage-gated calcium channel and a ligand for the G protein-coupled receptor VPAC1. Tolvaptan binds to the vasopressin V2 receptor and stimulates cAMP production in the kidney, leading to increased water reabsorption from urine. This increases blood volume and reduces blood pressure. Tolvaptan has been shown to be effective in reducing blood pressure in patients with mild hypertension.
Formule :C26H25ClN2O3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :448.90 g/mol
