N-(tert-butoxycarbonyle)-4-nitro-L-phénylalanine, communément appelé Boc-4-nitro-L-phénylalanine, est un dérivé d'acide aminé caractérisé par la présence d'un groupe protecteur tert-butyloxycarbonyle (Boc) sur le groupe amino et d'un groupe nitro à la position para de l'anneau phénylique. Ce composé est généralement utilisé dans la synthèse peptidique comme une forme protégée de l'acide aminé L-phénylalanine, permettant des réactions sélectives sans interférer avec le groupe amino.
