PBOX-15
CAS :
PBOX-15 is a novel, small molecule that causes mitochondrial membrane depolarization. This leads to the release of cytochrome c and other pro-apoptotic proteins into the cytosol. It also inhibits the BCR-ABL kinase, which is associated with cancer cell proliferation. PBOX-15 has minimal toxicity in animal studies and has been shown to have little effect on drug metabolism. It has been shown to have a potent antiproliferative effect on squamous carcinoma cells and other solid tumours such as breast, prostate, lung, colon, and pancreatic cancers.
Formule :C28H19NO3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :417.5 g/molPBOX-15
