CAS :
N-Desethyl sunitinib is an active metabolite of sunitinib. It has been shown to have antitumor response in experimental models, suggesting that it may be a potential biomarker for renal cell cancer. Sunitinib is used in the treatment of cancers such as renal cell cancer and gastrointestinal stromal tumor. N-Desethyl sunitinib has also been shown to affect drug metabolism through the induction of CYP3A4 and CYP2D6, which can lead to drug interactions. This metabolite is detected in human serum by high performance liquid chromatography with a matrix effect analyzer, but not by LC-MS/MS.
Formule :C20H23FN4O2Degré de pureté :Min. 95 Area-%Couleur et forme :PowderMasse moléculaire :370.42 g/molN-Desethyl Sunitinib-d4 Maleate
